Automatically import contact information each night so your directory is always updated. Parents can find e-mail addresses and other public information and staff can securely find other staff's home and personal information. With Contact Central® every version of your directory contains the latest information and can be updated at anytime. You can provide phone, e-mail, district building, and other fields you specify. We work with you to identify specific district needs and match your current paper directory.

It allows parents, community members and staff to search the database and print a customized version in a PDF format (via Adobe Acrobat®). Contact Central™ has an administrative system with multiple security levels, full record editing, and the ability for employees to securely log in and access the private internal staff directory.

Parents, community members and staff can find information, including: name, title, phone, e-mail, building location, and more. Staff can login and access more extensive information such as: home address, home phone, spouse name, etc. With Contact CentralTM you control the accessibility of all information.

Use existing Microsoft® AD Network Usernames and Passwords
No new username or password to remember! Most of our products can use your existing Microsoft® Network's Active Directory usernames and passwords.

The Technical Stuff
Our products can either be installed in your district, on your server, or we can host the application for you. They're browser-based so you just need a standard Internet browser to them—inside the District—or at home. They're built on industry-standard products, including Microsoft® Windows operating system, Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), and Microsoft-SQL Server database. And we work with you and your IT staff to integrate it into your existing website & network, so the installation is fast and easy.
